I am trying to create a CM repository in DBFS Mode connecting to a folder on another server. I have done all the settings including networkpath and windows system. But the repository is throwing an error:
Configuration Error: creating content handler: Content folder '
in200\sapi\sapconsulting\01_ knowledge management' does not exist.
When I tried to create it in FSDB, the same settings is working perfectly.
What could be the reason for it not working in DBFS mode? Is Network Path settings not valid in DBFS?
Thanks and Regards,

Please refer to Note '900571' Which clearly says that DBFS Repository is designed in such a way that 'Network Path' is not taken into account so, just keep the 'Windows Landscape System' field blank.
Now for DBFS Mode you'll have to mount external folder share onto portal server using NFS/SMB or JCIF and once the share is available on portal server you can specify path in 'Root Directory' as /mountname.
