when we do migo - only value updation takes place without any quantity updation.what setting we need to do to achieve this

if u set the qty updatation only u get the qty updated in oms2. depend upon the requirement u can configure it

Third party process means that the vendor delivers the goods directly to your customer. Since the stock will 'never' arrive at your location, you won't store it in your SLoc/WH, why do you expect SAP to update the stock?

It's corect that stock won't come -so stock updation won't happen ,only value updation happens.
But i want to know exactly where setting is made for this to happen.

The process is similar to a PO with account assignment.
Not similar, the same.

Check for value updation in OMS2 for your mvt type...
Use only value update...
