How to create standard Hierarchy for cost centers

I need steps.

Hi,

There are no steps; if you already have an hierarchy, go to OKENN transaction and change it (it's drag-and-drop technology, like in Windows directories). If you do not have it yet, go to OKKP, select CO area and enter the hierarchy name - then the system takes you to OKENN.

Hi Eli

I have a problem in this, hope you can help.

I am not sure how the new Controlling Area was created but when I run OKEON, the following error message is displayed:-

You have not yet created a cost center standard hierarchy for COAr 1060

Message no. OH100

Diagnosis

The standard hierarchy for cost centers has not yet been created in controlling area 1060.

System Response

The system cannot continue processing. The maintenance transaction for the standard hierarchy is terminated.

Procedure

Create the standard hierarchy (under the basic data of the controlling area).

Can you help how to do the Procedure above? TQ.

Hi,

Just go to OKKP and enter a name for the standard hierarchy for CO area.
