Scrapping issue

Hi all,

When trying to scrap stock in Quality Inspection of a material in MB1A using 553 movement type system is showing an error message "change the inspection stock of material x in QM only". How to get rid of this error and scrap stock in Quality inspection?

Dear,

Check your material is in QC,

Check two detail.

1) Enter Qa32 and enter your material code and batch number and if material status is in red flag means it is in quality.

2) You can also see material stock status with MMBE. It it is in qc then first transfer it in block.

So first remove it from quality to block and then transfer block to scrap.

Hi,

You can scrap the item using QA11 with UD code R3 01, refering to the particular inspection lot number as the material is presently lying in quality inspection stock against an inspection lot.
