Controls of manual accounting entries

Dear All ,

We have this year internal audit control , they want to review the list of manual entries at the end of each month.

How can we have this report from SAP?

Hi

Usually in any organization manual postings are allowed to only specific users and not to all users. So goto TCode FB03 and enter Company code, year and document types which are vulnarable to manual poting such as SA

Run the report

Goto Change layout and select user name for your report and identify the users and there by document numbers

Hi,

Try following reports (ECC 6.0)

1. S_ALR_87012291 - Line Item Journal

2. S_ALR_87012282 - Gl Line Itmes

You would have to get it from the tables based on the doc typed allowed for manual posting, user ids for document entry(user ids other than those which are used for batch posting/job execution) and the transaction code used. You can try the table BKPF for such documents.
