Process order

Hi All,

We have created a process order by using a material number instead of another material.Now the material was posted in to unrestricted loaction form quality inspection.Now if am trying to cancel the process order,the system is searching in quality, but the stock is unrestricted.

Now how can delete that quantity for stock

Hi Cherukuri,

Here cancel is not possible bcz now stock availbale in unrestricted. So instead of cancel you can do the reversal as per below step.

1. GO to MB31

Enter Plant code, Mvt type 102 and press enter.

2. In next screen enter process order number, Material code, Qty, Batch (if there) storage location and press enter.

3. Then under stock type field change the stock type as Unrestricted (Bcz stock availbale in unrestricted). and save.

4. Go to QA02 enter Insp lot number press enter

5. Go to menu choose function set cancel the insp lot and save.

Revert for further Clarification.

Hi,

Stock is posted to unrestricted from Quality means RR and UD is completed.So it is now very difficult or almost impossible to reverse all the transaction.You have to manage this problem by doing stock transfer from material to material (309 movement type).

Hi! Cherukuri,

You cannot cancel the process order after usage decision straight away. You need to reverse the QM transactions & then cancel the process order. After cancelling , the status of process order will be changed to release (REL) from Confirmed (CNF). Then , you can confirm the process order with suitable material.

Hi

U cannot cancel straighway. U have to cancel all subsequent transaction then cancel the confirmation. Then change the order status to close.

But if the material was cleared through quality lot and usage decision and I dont think u even can reverse the decision. Check with QM.
