Send me BP excel sheet to mail id

I'll test it & let you know about results.

What is your SAP B1 Version & patch level ?

BP currency should be double checked to ensure it is INR.

Thanks,

BP Type should be

C u2013 Customer S u2013 Vendor L u2013 Interested party

(The entries must be upper-case)

Check whether you correctly mapped columns in sap b1 with

datas in excel sheet.

BP CardType should be:

cCustomer The business partner is a customer.

cSupplier The business partner is a vendor.

cLid The business partner is a Lead.

The BP Type value should be

cCustomer

cSupplier

cLid

The best way to know some of these valid values would be to point your mouse on the Red triangle on the column header and you should be able to see the valid values.

The same information is also available in the SDK Help files

Could you paste a few rows of your data (only columns that have value)

Use the Code Tag so that you can maintain the alignment.

Are the States defined in the System. You have TAMILNADU as a whole? Should it not be the Code for TamilNadu..something like TN

If your Local Currency/System Currency is INR, you may leave the BP Currency column Blank.

Make sure the DTW version you are using is for the Patch level you are currently on.

DTW (Data Transfer Workbench) is what I would recommend to use for this. I am not sure about the Data Import

Data Import from excel has lots of restrictions. Only simple dataset can be imported this way.

Thanks,

Gordon
