Dear Balaji,

1) Go and check the item category. Weather it is flaged the schedule line allowed or not.

IMGS/DSalesSales DocumentItem Category select your item category and click the magnifying glass. It should be flagged.

2) Use t- code VOV6 choose the schdule line category you are using. Like CN or CP. Go to the magnifing glass flage the item relevent for delivery. also flaged the avilability.

Dear Balaji,

Go to Order in VA02, Select the line Item & do "Check Item Availability" (Icon at the bottom of the Sales Order).

If the material is blocked by some other delivery who's PGI is not done that will be reflected her. Just cancel that delivery and the system will allow u to deliver this order

Hi there,

In sales order schedule lines at item level, you will ahve 2 line entries. The 2nd line entry will have data & the confirmed quantity.

When creating the delivery you have give that date in VL01N along with the shipping point.

It means that the item is confirmed for that date & you can create dleivery only for that date.

Even after giving the schedule line confirmed date also you get the same error, then check if item has already been deliveried.

Select the item in SO & click on doc flow. If you find a delivery for the item, then it is delivered.

Dear balaji

Following are the possible reasons for the message "no schedule lines for delivery"

- Stock is not available

- Selection date in VL01N is prior to confirm quantity date

- Delivery already created but not PGId

- Stock available but not confirmed in sale order

Check for these and retry the process.

thanks

Hi there,

Go to OVL3, take the storage loc that is assigned to your shipping point.

In MMBE, guve the plant & that storage loc & then check for the material availability.

Usually in some business scenarios, availability check is done against storage loc level.

Hi,

Check for the schedule line category that is getting detected. Go to SPRO and check the setting for the schedule line category. There the check box for item relevant for delivery should be ticked.

Hi,

Go to t-code CO09 and check the ATP qty as on date and check the delivery creation date. CO09 will give the exact answer for the error which you are getting at delivery creation step. Eventhough you see the stock in MMBE, CO09 will give you the correct picture of the stock which may be booked against some deliveries.
