Hi,

In this case you will do Regular payroll on demand for the date upto which he worked and make sure he will enter time upto that date. You can always specify date for the check in off cycle workbench.
2)How do i make payments for future dates?
The payments with future dates is possible in Off cycle workbench. You can give check date as you desired.
2)How do i make payments for future dates?
The budgeting of the for the cost center is done from IT0001 of the EE and you can define Master cost center on PO13 to Position.
I hope this helps.
