Suppose xyz matrial is post to do rework in QA11 in UD code in abc storage lacation. then how to proceed ?

HI

Once the material is not ok and should be reworked then post it into blocked stock.

Create order with CO07 that is without material. system will ask you refference operation set. in that select the operation which you want to carry out for reworking.

Then system will ask you settlement rule. You can provide the settlemt rule as cost center/original production order against which rejection has occured/or sales order document.

Then confirm the order and then by creating manual inspection lot, move the material to unrestricted stock.

Hi

create a rework order type. create a rework order wrt this order type in CO07. In the settlement receiver change the recivier to parent order. Add the materials and operations required to perform this rework order. Do confirmation for the rework order. The cost will be received to parent order after settlement.
