Automatic Scedule line in MD03

Dear Team

System is creating PR instead of crating Schedule Line after running MD03 for Current Month,Plz suggest.

I did Following Setting

1.MM01 with MRP Type PD,MRP Controller,MRP Group, Lot size EX,Prcument Type-F, Planned Del Date-1,Scehduling Margin Key-000,strtegy Group-10,TRLT-1

2.ME31L(Creation of Scheduling Agreement)

3.ME01 chick box is tick for Fix, and MRP-2 with SC number

4MD61- For month 9-1200qty,for month10-500 qty for month11-900 qty

5.MD03-System is creating PR for 1200 qty and for 500 and 900 qty it is creating scheduling Lines...

use MD02 for single item planning

Hi

Take MRP type as VB - Manual reorder point and then check, it is creating schdl line in this case.

Check also while running MRP, you have selected delivery schdule as 3 - schdule line.

Hi,

the problen you might face is due to the planning time fence and the indicator which you use (NETCH or NETPL)....

Use NETCH and execute the planning run......

I runed for

Processing key-NETCH

Create PR-2(PR in Opening Period)

Delivery Schedule-3(scedule line)

Create MRP List-1(mrp list)

Pllaning mode-1(normal)

Sceduling -1(determinn for basic dates for planeed)

is making senses here but how he will unaffected?

Which planning mode you are using??

try it with planning with total horizon...

TRY PROCESSING KEY NEUPL...

System is not allow for Processing key NEUPL ,It's say that it is invalid for single-item planning

Goto ME01 source list maintance

there maintain the vendor for desired period and give the schdl. agreement number in the agrrement field and at last in MRP column assign number 2. save this then run MRP. you can generate Schdl line automatically.
