Closing the Project

Hi experts,

I want to close the Projects. While closing the project i am getting an error that "Balance of the network (N/W no & Activity No)* is not Zero".

• Related to project it is giving an N/w No & Activity Number.

Can anybody please solve this issue.

Can anybody tell what are the steps want to be carried out before closing the project.What are things i want to check.

Dear Raman,

Before closing the project u have to insure that all commitment should be zero.

so u check that activity it must carried some commitment so either make it in actual or delete it.

Hi

U need to carry out settlement before closing.U can carry out settlement thru transaction CJ88

Initially create settlement rule there are lots of posts on SDN rgding settleent will help u to carry the process.
