do
the following
add radio buttons by key
and check box by key
create a simple type in the local dictionary
double click on the simple type u have created.go to the enumeration tab.
click on new.
name --> display name to be shown in the view
value-->value taht the radio button or chk box is set to when the particular chkbox or radiobttn is selected.
in the enumeration tab add the values u want to display in the view
now create a context attribute . change the type property to this simple type.
and map the context attribute the data property of the chk box
and radio button.
for radio button by index and chk box by index refer the following link

Hi Nikhi,
Thanks for your reply. I was able to execute Radio Buttons example with 'radio buttons by key' but i didn't found 'check box by key' in the list of Insert Child under root UI element. So i tried to execute with 'Check box group'.
In this case only one check box(with out text) displayed even though i have 5 elements to my context variable.
Could you please help me in this.

Hrudaya Raju.
Hi,
To work with CheckBoxGroup, use simpletype .
Expand your project>Dictionaries>LocalDictionary>DataTypes> Right click on SimpleTypes--> CreateSimpleType
Then move to Enumeration tab, define required texts here for checkboxes
Create one value attribute and change its type to above declared simpletype.
Insert CheckBoxGroup UI Element and bind Texts property to the above declared context attribute

try the following code for inserting texts in chk box
IPrivateDetails_Edit1.IInterestNode nodeInterest = wdContext.nodeInterest() ;
IPrivateDetails_Edit1 .IInterestElement interestElement;
String[] hobby = new String []
{
"sports","music","reading","dancing","other"
};
for (int i = 0; i < hobby.length; ++i)
{
interestElement = nodeInterest.createInterestElement();
nodeInterest.addElement(interestElement);
interestElement.setHobby(hobby<i>);
nodeInterest.setSelected(interestElement.index(), false);
}
create a context attribute "hobby" of type string under the node
Interest
change the selection to 0.....n.
map hobby to the data property of chkbox grp
