Regarding Return PO

Dear Gurus

I am made return po using ME21N with returns indicator... like normal po only.

I am doing Goods Reciept against purchase order using 161 movement type;

but I am not able to do GR. No selectable items like that i am getting error.

Is there any settings needs to be done for the movement type or what

can any body explan any customisation settings is reqd

Goods issue willl do for Stock transfer not for returns

Even then I tried , it is not working

Hi

This scenario is like retrurning your own stock to vendor with mvmt type 161.

check in your storage location you have sufficeint stock to retrun the mateial to that vendor.

No release strategy for this , That I have checked

no confirmation indicator.

I checked all the possiblities

Check the Material Stock Once.

Now Please Ensure the Purchase Order no is Return Po no Only.

Also Dont give any Movement type. Just Input the Return po no System will Take 161 automatically.

Please Ensure there is no Release Strategegy for Return Po Configured. If, so Release the Document.

Also Go to Purchase Order Item Detail Confirmation Tab and Remove the Confirmation Control Key.

Try & Revert back
