print immediately option is not coming ticked by default

Dear All,

We are using Ecc5 on windows 2003.

While printing in the Spool control

The Print immediately option is tick mark by defaulted

But now it is not tick mark by default

Earlier it is there .

Please guide how to set Print immediately by default tick mark.

Hi,

1) Goto SU3 transaction defaults tab and select the check boxes output immediately & delete after output.

2) Create output condition records (VV11, VV21 & VV31) and in the condition record you can select both the checkboxes output immediately & delete after output.

The problem is when Print immediately option is not coming when we are trying to

print through Z Transactions

. Where a layout is called and when printing the print immediately option is not enabled. So what is the process to enable this option, which is to be set preminently.

Hi,

Go to su01 and enter username which your are using. Click on Default tab. Click check box "Output immediately".

It will again start the print output immidiately.

The defaults settings for user are same as you have suggested .

in Default tab "Output immediately" option check is ticked.

The problem is when we are going to print, in the Spool control

Print immediately is not tick by default for the entire server.
