Error: Not able to access SCM ICH WEB url for external suppliers

Hi,

We have implemented SCM ICH 5.0 on HP-UX 11.23 and Oracle 10.2.

The Web UI for the ICH is working fine and is accessible to the internal users i.e. from the intranet.

We want to give the access of ICH Web UI to the suppliers of the client through internet.

Is anybody having detailed procedure to configure external URL.

Is reverse proxy mandatory for this to work. If yes please provide the steps to configure the same.

please revert as soon as possible.

We needed to register the sub-domain with ISP and it worked without the SAP Web Dispatcher.
