PFAL : ALE HR master data distribution

Hi Experts,

My client uses transaction code PFAL to distribute the HR master data through ALE model. For eg. currently, if the user enters 3000 employees, let us say 25 IDocs were generated. Is it possible to change settings in ECC by which all the employees records are in only 1 IDoc? ie., I need all the employee records to be transferred in one IDoc and not in 25 IDocs. Is this feasible? If yes, how do I do it?

The maximum no.of records is 200. I dont think we should go beyond it. There will be serious performance issues and even if one records fails in the idoc, we need to repeat send for the complete idoc. So it is always advisable to split in to maximum small units possible. So that you dont need to repeat the send process for succesfull records.

you can control the max limit in T77S0 . Search for ALE.
