Issue Reference Personnel Number

I have the following doubt:

I have configured the action of country reassignment.

I check in the documentation the following:

"As of 4.6c the reference personnel number is not stored in PA0031. It is stored in the Org Management infotype 1001 as a relationship between a Central Person (object type CP) and the personnel number."

The action of country reassignment combine the action of hiring and leaving.

The Question is:

In the moment of execute the the action of country reassignment and begin the action of hire Is there a field called "Reference Pers. Nos.", this field must be filled at the moment of that is display the infotype 0000 or the system automatically create the Central Person (object type CP)?

I'm not filling this field. I am working with the version ECC 6.0.

The best practice is fill this field, to check in the T.Code pa30 into Extras > Country Assignments and the assignment is displayed ?

Issue Solved

The infotype 0031 was made for different assignments in the same country. If the employee have different country grouping are linked by the CP.
