Dispatcher running but no server connected!

Dear Friends

I want to check the SLD configuration and when I running the http://rx2660:50000/webdynpro/welcome/welcome.jsp this shows the following error:

503 Service Unavailable

Dispatcher running but no server connected!

Details: No details available

Could you please help me?

You might want to check if the DB Service is running on the system.. I faced similar issues with this problem..

Dear firends

We have applied the following change in conftool.sh:

1. 001 Client SAPJSF password showsljl in ABAP

2. set value ume.r3.connection.master.ashost = localhost

3. set value ume.r3.connection.master.client = 010 (productive client)

4. ume.r3.connection.master.sysnr= BLANK

5. ume.r3.connection.master.masteruser=SAPJSF

6. ume.superadmin.activated = TRUE

7. ume.r3.connection.master.passwd = showsljl

8. ume.superadmin.password = showsljl

Stop / Start SAP

But in the defaultTrace.12.trc file, show sthe following error:
