Mak,

The details are mentioned in my previous post, assume your role to be X and try the above mentioned steps.

Dear Sandeep,

After that select the system administration-permisson-portal user-standard portal user-add authenticated user with read permission.

or select that role, give the Everyone role or EU role.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Mak.

Hi Mak,

You can add your role there and search for everyone group and add that as well.

Also check the enduser checkbox.

You can also do this from Content Administration->Portal Content->Search for your role and right click and open permissions.

Refer to this.

Hi Mak,

Could be a permissions issue.

Try the following.

1. Suppose the transaction iview is assigned to a role "X".

2. Go to the Portal Content Directory and locate the role X

3. Open the permissions of the role X by right clicking on it.

4.Search for "X" and choose Search In as "Roles" and Add

5. Search for everyone and choose Search In as "Groups" and Add

6. For this transaction iview, you might have created a System, add the everyone group for the System as well.

Let me know if you have any issues.

Good Luck!
