Transaction MB1A Error Message VL026 after applying patch SAPKA64022

We applied patch SAPKA64022 and transaction MB1A is no longer able to create an outbound delivery. We are getting the error message VL026. Here are the details.

"Shipping for sales org. 410 dist. chan. 01 from plant 400 is not possible "

Message no. VL026

Diagnosis

" Shipping is not allowed for sales organization 410 and distribution

channel 01 from plant 400."

Hi, I've solved this problem by input sales org, distri.chnl, shipping point, div. for the plant in setting below.

SPRO > Logistics-General > Handling Unit Management > Basics > Material Management > Inventory Management > HU requirement for storage locations and default values for deliveries

To solve this problem go to tcode OVX6 and link Comm.Org/Distr.Channel/Plant.

I think you might have develope some custom solution to create the outbound delivery based on MB1A. so you need to check your custom solution.

Hi Charlie, Thank you for responding. It is not a custom solution. We are using MB1A to create an outbound delivery which is not for a customer. Are you familiar with customization? We think that there is a place in customization where you can set up a default shipping partner and plant. We are just not sure where to find this. Here is the text that comes up as part of the solution:

Check your entry.

You can display the allowed sales organizations and distribution

channels for shipping from plant 400 in Customizing, if you have t

necessary authorization.
