How to generate RG23D report in SAP B1. PLease Guide

I think you did not got my question.
In sap 2007B we have all the reports regarding manufacturing companies. report like RG23 A1, RG23 A2, RG23C1, RG23 C2.
As SAP Business One are not having fully production module in it. So i Consider that as it is working for Trading Scenario.
But as per as indian localization in standards of SAP B1 we have to design RG23 D (Trader is passing the excise) also
So how we can able to add rg23d in excise register. and its effect in the document. PLease guide
