FRIENDS: Unable to create any opportunity

Hi friends,

I have 2 systems in my landscape of CRM 6.0 (2007), one IDES and one non IDES. I am unable to create any transaction of the transaction category opportunity in the non IDES system while there is no problem in the IDES system. I have exactly same configuration in both the systems and copy control settings are also maintained. The transaction types are active.

Please let me know of the possible reasons I should look for for this issue. Points will be awarded for all the helpful answers.

Can you check in your transaction type profile, if you have an respective allowed channel assigned (for example: CRM Server?
