Service Desk Configuration In SolMan

Hi Friends

I am trying to configure the Service Desk in Solution manager for that I configured the SLD, SMSY and BP settings. While i am trying to create the message by using the TCode: Notif_Create it was not allowing to choose System/iBase,when I use the F4 it shows NO AUTHORIZATION Error. Please help me in this regard.

Hi Eswara,

You nedd at leas the Authorization Role SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE in order to have the propoer authorizations on message creation.

Also, you have to have Installed Base properly configured ( IB52 ).
