I appended the structure of KOMB by adding a field ABGRU, Reason for rejection. Also I added it to KOMKBV1 and made a control table which is assigned to access sequence which has only defined table then assigned this to output type ZRER which then assigned to Z10000 output procedure and assigned the procedure to order type which I have to use. I want to kick an output based on these two field if the reason of rejection is let say R12.

1. While creating a record at VV11 I am not getting any F4 menu and it does not let me enter more than 2 char.

2. output is not getting determine with a msg in determination analysis u201CAccess not made (initialized field)u201D.

If you can tell me what I need to do further to get it going

Dear Syed ,

Please chek the access sequence maintanace have you activated fields properly in the access sequence.

Also check is there any routine assigned in the requirement column of the access sequence and your output procedure control data.
