Load report fail on server

Hi All,

I have deployed my web application to test server having Win 2003 and now when I try to access Crystal report it gives me an error u201Cload report failu201D.

Every thing is working fine on my development machine.

I have used an .exe for installing the runtimes of Crystal reports release 2 on my server.

I am using VS 2005 and Crystal reports release 2.

IIS 6.

Any Idea?

Hi Steve,

Could you please provide an exact error?

It might be permission issues kindly provide the u201Creadu201D permission to temp folder of local user and u201Cc:\windows\tempu201D for u201Ciis_wpgu201D.

When you say: "I have used an .exe ...", do you mean you used the Crystal reports install?

Do you see the Crystal Reports assemblies in the GAC?

What version of .NET are you using?

Also, do search the forum for "load report failed". There are a number of posts on the error here.

Please, provide full error...

Hi Ludek,

I have used crXIr2sp4_net_server_install.zip to install runtimes on my server.

I am using .net 2005 and yes Crystal Reports assemblies are present in the GAC.
