Usage of FM's required for PO and SC

Hi All,

I have a requiremnt to use the following FMs

BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL

BBP_PD_SC_ITEM_GETDETAIL

BBP_PD_SC_GETHISTORY

BBP_PD_GETHISTORY

I need the functonality of these FMs

and the mandatory input parameters we have to pass ?
