Hi, Unlike what we can have QM view for Material Master, we do not have any provision to add QM in Service Master. There is no provision to bring in the user defined status manangement before release of the service entry. Trust this helps!
Can you create a material type DIEN for the service? This would give you some options.
Not possible.
Better to track QM part out of SAP in case of Service.
