Package is not found after loaded

Hi there,

I've uploaded my support package (SAPK-600V1INBPINSTAS&SAPK-600VDINBPERP05, First one is Best practice installation assistant tool, and 2nd one is Best practice building block files) in SPAM, and it reports successful.

But i am not able to find it from imported support packages.

Can anyone tell me what is the problem, and what should i do to let BP installation assistant tool (/SMB/BBI) work?

Any responses will be awarded,

Sorry Siddsesh, we're not able to post any screenshot in this forum.

Actually i just imported the best practice component ERP05 and the assistant tool from SPAM via Support package>load packages>From Application server. And the PAT file is put to server folder EPS\in. it was loaded successful, while i did it again, the log is *CSN0120061532_0031016.PAT SAPK-600VDINBPERP05 @EB\QUpload Already Occurred@ 0004 OCS file already exists in inbox. Upload not required.

But i am not able to find it from imported support packages, and dont know to make both them work in my system.

Hi Samson,

Since you were able to solve the problem, kindly guide me with the below error.

While importing from queue "OCS package queue is empty".how should I proceed?
