need some information for T-code "IW22" Activties Tab

Hi Abapers,
i have requirement in T-code "iw22"(Malfunction"M2") in this I have 5 Activities like :
Activity 1
Activity 2
Activity 3
Activity 4
Activity 5
and i have selected "Activity 3" so that it should get display on next screen field.
How should i write the code that i have selected particular "Activity 3". which system fields are used when i selected that particular activity. what exactly it triggers when i selected that particular Activity. how the system knows that i have selected that Activity and it should display in custom screen.
