Material document does not include an accounting document

Hi Friends,

I am doing make to order scenario wherein via MB1C using Movement type 561 E, I have generated a stock. Subsequently a Delivery & PGI of that stock has been Done.

Now when I try to generate the accounting document of the same via Transaction MB03 following error is displayed :

"Material document 4900000165 does not include an accounting document"

Kindly help me to sol[ve this error.

Pankaj,

I think, the stock movement happens with a special stock indicator E, that could be the reason why accounting document has not benn created. Best way is to check with your MM expert.

If your material is a non-valuated material then it will not generate any accounting document for the material document which is generated when PGI is done.

- Go to OMJJ, click on Movement Types, input 561 and execute. Now double click on "Account Grouping" and check whether you have maintained the following:-

MvT::S::Val.Upda::Qty.upd:::Val.strng:::Cn:::TEKey:::Acct::Chk.acct.assg.

561::E::::::X:::::::::::::::X:::::::::WA01::::::::2:::::GBB:::::BSA:::::::::X

561::E::::::X:::::::::::::::X:::::::::WA01::::::::3:::::PRD:::::PRA::::::::::

- Now go to OBYC, double click on Transaction GBB, input your Chart of Accounts and ensure that you have maintained the relevant G/L Account for BSA.

Perhaps you should be asking this question in a MM (materials management) forum.

In any case, check your movement account determination.
