Customizing new language and currency - SAP Community

Hi,

Can u please let me know " How can I add a new language and currency in CRM? "

I need to get the same in Organizational unit also.

Similarly if in my organization unit the currecy is inherited ...wat does this mean ?? I cannot change it ?why???
