Problem in user Exit

Hello to all,

My problem is that : User Exit in PM "EXIT_SAPLCOMK_005"

is working fine in Development and Quality Client ....

But this User Exit is not working in Production Client.... WHY ....???

Please help me ..

This is what i got from SAP help:

Note that the user exit is only called up for changes in the component overview or the corresponding detail screens. That means, for example, that the user exit is not called up for quantity changes or functions in the order header that also cause changes to the components (scheduling, release ...).

May be Project to which enhancement is missing in Production.Check for that project in Production.

Check the project and include in the fm are active or not?Activate once and test after transporting.
