IMA11 - Appropriation Request (partner field)

Dear All,

How to make partner field in IMA11 belong to position...not US (user ID) ...i would like to input manager, senior manager...not ID name...like alex, frank...etc...

In addition, is there any way to make appropriation request cannot be changed by applicant..after the AR has been approve by 1st level approval ?
