document distribution error

Hi sap gurus,

After creating a reciepient list in cvi1, when i am entering cvi7 then system is giving this error.

In distribution type RML file type i have assigned 1 only. where can i enter default communication address of the communication type

hi

in the su01 , you can mention the address and other detais about the user.

that will get reflect while distribution.
