SAP HELP

Hi All,

I have put all information in SR13 t-code for SAP HELP and when i click on

Help --> Application Help

then display Action Canceled. I have already installed the GUI patch.

How can i resolve this issue.

sapides6\SapHelp\HELPDATA\EN\e1\8e51341a06084de10000009b38f83b\frameset.htm exist?

have you installed the proper help DVD?

for IDES, use help.sap.com , it's your best option.

Hi majamil,

I have also checked. There it is giving no documentation available,. that means there is particular application filed there.if you have data and the problem repeats contact basis people.

on your PC:

start -> run

192.168.0.3\SapHelp\HELPDATA

click on OK

does this work? if not, check OS permissions on
192.168.0.3

Dear it works on my desktop and other desktop in LAN and i gave full permission. but still facing problem..

Dear i want to configure SAP Help with HtmlHelpFile in my premises not with PlainHtmlHttp tab. Kindly guide me how can i resolve above issue.

If the browser starts when you select Help -> Application Help and then Action Canceled is displayed in the browser window itself, you may want to review note 857216, which describes the Microsoft issue that causes this error.

there is not exit sapdoccd.ini file in C. So, what i do for it..
