MM Period posting Problem

Dear Friend

i got Problem in while Doing MIGo I am Using 561 Movement Type Good Receipt & others

Posting is Not Possible in 08/2008 & 07/2008

But I got Changes in OMSY but also that Problem is not Solve

Please Do the Need Full Help

Hi Ganesh,

Remove the plant from company code in customising and then change periods in OMSY.

After that assign plant to your company code.

Revert if not resolved.

Dear,

System give u error because you create your transaction in close period.

08/2008 & 07/2008 is close period.

So use open period for your transaction please use current date for your transaction and then try to post MIGO.

Hi,

At a time, Only 2-Months period could be open in the System (Say, Current period: 2008/09 and 2008/08).

For example, currently system is allowing posting for periods: 2008/08 and 2008/07.

To open period 2008/08, you need to close period: 2008/07. Once you close period: 2008/06; system will automatically open period: 2008/09 and 2008/08.

T.Code: MMPV

Provide following details:

Comapny Code (if there is only one company, enter value in Field: From Company Code, only. if more than 1, also provide value in Field: To Comapny Code).

Perod: say, 7

Fiscal year: 2008

Check Box: Check and Close Period

Now, execute (F8)

System will show Log-details.

Or

T. Code: OMSY, If Variants are K4 or V3.

To Check currently open periods: MMRV

Hello,

Close the period 09/2008 using MMPV.

MMPV --> Input your company code, period as 09 and year as 2008, Execute.

System will give a message " company code converted " , if the convsersion successful. Try to do the posting after this.
