I have created one CoCd in sandbox and now I want to move it to Dev, Qua and Prdn. How can I do that.

You were perfectly clear. Go to EC01, Select 'Organizational Object' from the menu and click on 'Transport'.

with T_code EC01 you can copy from ont to other company code
