problem while order trasfering from crm to r3

Hi Guys,

i have created order in CRM production, but its not trasferd to R3 .when i try to see the order in R3 it says order archived.

i checked ques but order not structed in any of ques.

please suggest me what might be the cause and the solution too.

Hi Arun,

i checked, R3 is there.and all the settings are maintained.

when i check SMW01 my order shows like processed but still i could opne that open in R3, because the order not trasferd to R3, i cheked ques also no where it strucked.

can you suggest me if any thing left to check.

Hi Shaik,

Goto SMW02, Check the BDOC type "BUS_TRANS_MSG" and double click on the processed BDocs which you were talking about.

I think there is some problem with the Business Partner (Sold to Party) of the order, or the Sales Document Type.

Check the Error Message stored in the processed BDocs.

Even if its processed and the BDoc has the green light, it can have some error messages, which means the order can be saved in CRM, and it is not necessary that it has to flow to R/3.

This is because, even Orders with Errors can be saved in CRM, but not in R/3.

Hi Arun,

While trying to unlock the order from queue using Tcode: smq2

System shows this error, The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records. r

in production system, while trying to unlock it shows stuts sysfail, and shows this error

how to open specific queue?

hi Arun,

same order in DEV Synchronised to R3, but in QA system its giving me problem, i am trying to find out the root cause but couldn't,

in SMW02 also it shows sucessfully processed. no error mesges. no errors in order also but still may be some settings problem with R3, i am trying to find out that.

Hi Shaik,

SMOEAC is the transaction code which is responsible for data to flow from CRM to R/3.

Check if the following is available.

1. Select the Object Type as Site - Click on display button.

2. See if Site R/3 is there

3. If its available, just expanding on it - we will get subscriptions assigned for the site R/3

3. Check if the subscription All Business Transactions (MESG) subscription is available.

If Site R/3 is not available, then do the following

1. Select the Object Type as SITE and click on the create button.

2. In the Object Information Tab, Enter the Name, Desc, Type as R/3 and click on Site Attributes.

3. Select the ECC RFC Destination from the F4 Help, ECCCLNT*** - *** is ur ECC Client No.

4. Save.

After this you need to create the Subscription.

1. Select the Object Type as Subscription and click on the create button.

2. You will get a wizard, then in the next screen, select the publications "All Business Transactions (MESG)" and enter the same name for Subscriptions too.

3. In next screen, Assign it to R/3 site, which you have created.

4. Save.

This is responsible for Sales Order changes made in CRM to

flow to R/3.

Hi Arun ,

agian i come across same kind of error, this time order is completed, but i don't know the reason why it doesn't trasfer to the R3,

i checked SMOEAC, there in subscription i checked MESG>sties, but there is nor R3 i have sean there,

can you please suggest me what needs to be done there

Hi Arun,

Yes what we expected is the solution for this problem.

order with out item will not synchronise to R3 because, order wil be sent to R3 for the purpose of billing/delivery.

Hi Arun,

presently our Q server is under clint refresh, i will check it later and let u know.

i think order with out item will not trasfer to R3, because order only trafered to R3 for the purpose of Billing /Devlivery.

so with out iteam those 2 can not be done.

Hi Shaik,

I dont think so. I even tried it. An Order without item created in

CRM is not moving to R/3, even though it doesnt show any errors in CRM or in SMW01.

But it shows an information message in SMW01 - "No upload

into R/3". Select the BDoc and Click on Show BDoc Message

Errors / Receivers to get this message.

I dont know the exact reason, but it is not moving.Might be a

functional person can explain better.

Hi Shaik,

Check the SAP Note 490932 - Data exchange of sales transactions between CRM & R/3

regarding any configurations missing.

Also, try creating a similar Order in CRM Quality System

and check if it moves properly to ECC.

Also, check when the order is created.

Hi Arun,

yes All Business Transactions(MESG) is assigned to the Site R/3.

just now i checked it.

this problem is only with this order remaining orders doesn't have this problem.

where i can see this ?

is there any thing else i can check?

Hi Shaik,

Kindly goto Tcode SMOEAC and check if the subscription "All Business Transactions(MESG)"

is assigned to the Site R/3.

Hi Shaik,

Please check system status of your order in CRM, if it is archieved, you may not be able to use it or if it is not archieved & not getting distributed to r/3, please check the long text of error you are getting in the CRM after distribution, there could be some issue in your transaction becuase of which distribution is getting failed.

Hi Vishant,

in crm order system status is open. there is no errors in order.

but still order is not syncronizing to SD. while i try to open in R3 it shows error like order is not in the data base or has been archived.

one more thing in crm stus tab i don't see any staus of R3 syncronization.

please let me know what should i do to get it done.

Hi Shaik,

Above message means--> your order is not distributed from CRM itself...also, status in CRM is open. so, there is problem in distribution itself...!! check whether set up is proper for distribution. I don't have an expertise in this set up but below link could be helpful:
