uploading of assets

Hi All Sap gurus

I am going to upload the assets in my comppppany.SAP was implemented in my company in 2006. But this year a new co has been merged in my present company. So that assets of merging co has to be uploaded in my present co.

I did it bu F-02 means simply jv passed for acquisition & accumulated depreciatiomn. But It is not uploaded in asset report.

Example

Furrniture fixture

Acquisition value 50000

Accumulated Depreciation 25000

But in asset master it shows acquisition value & current depreciation

AS 91 can not be used as my co has been go live in 2006

Hii to upload asset

Change the statusof company code to 2.

Change status of reconciliation a/c to normal T Code OAMK.

Use Tcode OASV to upload data.

Hi

you can change the status of the company code in AA to 2

then take over the data with AS91

once completed set the status again to blank asset data transfer completed.

Try using AS91 with cut over data of past -2006

2006 has been closed & have to upload in 01.04.2008 how could i do that
