Hi All,

Our requirement is , when an employee book for a course an email should triggered to his manager. But in this case workflow is not getting triggered automatically, please guide me is there *any setting or switch to trigger the workflow*?

Hi,

Please goto the T-CODE SWETYPV and make an event linkage between the event and Workflow template.

Or

The event can be declared in the workflow template itself. In the T-CODE PFTC_DIS ...Give the WF template number and display it.

In that in the tab TRIGGERING EVENT event linkage can be done.

If the above is not working then the Function Module SWW_WI_START_SIMPLE can be used .
