Hi ,

I want to configure an absence leave quota which is combination of both accural and lump sum allotment .

1. Annual leave need to be accrued till the probationary period (approx 3 months)

2. After the probationary period the employee is to be given a lumpsum annual leave quota of 24 days for the calendar year and this need to be prorated as well.

Hi Narasimha..

Create a absence type and quota...assign each other with Counting Rules..

Give the deduction period as after probationary period (i.e., 3 months)

Select Period as "Accrual Period" in Base Entitlement Screen and give the value as 24.

and select the accrual period as calendar year in "Quota Type selection rules" for this absence quota type..

So, it is satisfying both the rules (accrual and prorata)

I need the same absence quota to do both the things

( accural and lump sum).

1. Getting accrued during the probation period and after the probabtiionary period i want to get the lump sum 24 assigned automatically .
