Mass Deletion of PR

Dear All,

Kindly guide me about mass deletion of PR , that are generated only thru MRP.

As we dont have seperate docuemnt type defined for MRP PR.

Hi

To my knowledge, Mass deletion of PR's is not possible, what you can do is to create an LSMW programme for ME52N and execute it.

The list of PR's created by MRP can be taken from EBAN table with creation indicator as "B"

Table MASSFLDLST

make new entries as follows :-

object type = BUS2105

Table name = EBAN

field name = LOEKZ (Deletion Indicator in Purchasing Document)

then go to Transaction

MEMASSRQ for setting the deletion flag for required PO's

Change the root cause in material master or inventory.

Otherwise the next MRP run will create the requisitions again.

After you have changed the root cause, then the next MRP run will delete the unnecessary requisition ifself.

Hi

In ME5A, click on Dynamic selection menu and in the field Creation Indicator give "B"- MRP Generated PRs. After getting list u just run some User defined DBC program (take te help of ABAPers) with same list to delete or close the PRs.
