No company logo on certificate for one user

Hi all,

I am facing one problem. We have four user id for qc but for one user id in print preview of quality certificate T code -QC- 03

no company logo is visible rest all is visible on certificate

What could be the reason that for one user it is visible and for other it is not. All user have authorisation for t code QC01, QC02 , QC03

Hi ASD, Check.......... - the user is operating the transaction correctly? - Tell the use to check the Authorizations. To per form this authorization check, run the transaction with that ID. Exit the trx. And Run SU53. It will show the missing authorization if there would any. Regards, Shyamal
