Can it be true, that there is an network error, or some policities are set, so that the server can not connect to himself? I have no idea, what I can do. Any idea?
Thanks,

I can also not access to config-tool. He can not connect to the DB?!?! Is it the same problem?
Hi Peter
Good to hear that the problem is solved.
Usually there is a entry in the log files for the error message license is not installed. You can check the db2 log (db2dump) directory as well.

Hi Peter
Can you tell us what is the version that your using, is it ABAP+JAVA or only Java based system.
Have you checked the DB users sapsr3 and sapsr3db ( for Java stack).
Also check std_server0.out file for the errors.

Kaleem

Please check the DB users and the DB->SAP->DB connectivity.
Also let us know the DB and OS your're using.

Thanks for your Post. I have logged in by the different users and have installed the license, but it was only installed at the Solution Manager Database. The Variables in the user profile was not correct, so the db2licm-command does only load from SM1. After I have correct it, it works fine and I could install the license to T01. Now the server runs. Why does SAP don't show some message, that the database is down and not started? It is so easy, if you know, where the problem is.
Thanks,
Peter
