Hi ,
Does the ADRC table stores only one record for each ADRC number.
I mean, can we store only one Address against each BP?
Wat shoiuld we do if we want to add one or more address to a BP?

Each BP can have multiple adresses. In the BP transaction in the SAP GUI there is the tab 'Adress Overview' which lets you create other adress versions. The type of adress version can be defined in customizing.
In the adress usage you can then define different types of usage (e.g. goods receiving, mailing adress) and assign this type to each adress. Then in the transaction you can refer to a certain type of usage which is determining you the correct adress.
Hope this helps,
Kai

It does not make sense from a logical point of view to have multiple standard adresses as you should have only one. However, with the concept of adress usages you can have several standard adresses per process.
All adresses are stored in the table ADRC and its related tables starting with ADR - see F4 help in tx. SE11 for details as there are more than 80 related tables for additional adress data. The assignment between adress and bp is then stored in table BUT020 and the adress usage in BUT021.
For the adress customizing see IMG->Cross Application Components->SAP Business Partner->Basic Settings->Adress Determination / Forms of Adress and see the help therein.
Hope this helps,
Kai
