Error In Material Creation

Hi Friends,

When i m creating Material following error is occuring.

The company code SEPL does not exist or has not been fully maintained

Goto T-Code OX18 check the assignment B/w company code to plant.

Actuly, I created all enterprise structure, Assigned all catagery to concern category, and after i copied ORG OBJECT. But still error is comming.

What should i do now ?

Hi,

Actually when you are creating Material Mater record this is no where concerned with Company code, as you dont enter company code anywhere while creating the Material Master.

Check if the company code is created properly, Defining and copy org unit from standard Company code to your company code and similarly do the same for the plant, Define and Copy org unit.

then check the assignments of the plant to company code.

Check OMSY and check if the periods are in the current month or not.

Please Activate Material Management for Your Comapny code SEPL in OMSY Trxn code.

Go to OMSY and Change the Current year & Period against your Company code & Try again.

Please check the Co.code assignments in the SPRO --Enterprise structure...

Whether its properly asigned to Plant, If req. then to POrg, COA etc...
