Error: Server pnats01:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003) null

I have just installed the evaluation version of Crystal Server 2008 and am getting the above message when trying to log on to the CMS.

I've tried the suggestions in previous posts here, stopped and restarted the service, deleted log files but still the same error.

I've used the default configuration/ports from the installation.

Any suggestions please
