Greetings

Can you please suggest me for the following on CRM 4.0, E-Commerce ICSS B2B scenario:

1. How to display Complaints and General Activities on the Web for Status change

2. Prerequisites for the B2B webshop configuration for the same scenario

3. Can we do without TREX, IPC

4. How the Authorization can be controlled for B2B contact person to view the Complaints and General Activities eventhough he has not created neither of them
