hi ,
While creating MIGO , MM consultant getting the following error
"you cannot post to asset in company code 1000 in year 2008"
How to Solve this ?

Apparently, 2008 is not open for asset postings. Go to AJRW and open 2008.

Hi, Thanks for the reply .. but i am getting error using AJRW..
"Fiscal year change in co.code 1000 1 possible only after year-end closing 2006 2"
Then close the asset fiscal year 2006 by using t.code;AJAB.
Then goto t.code:OAAQ to view the last fiscal year closed is 2006.
Then you will be able to open the new asset fiscal year 2008 through T.Code:AJRW.

Accounting for asset 000000003250-0000 in company code 1000 in
depreciation area 20.
Year-end closing cannot be carried out for company code 1000.

Look at this asset (AS03) and see the detailed error. Something's wrong with capitalization date or depreciation key. Try execute AFAB (depreciation) for the company first.

Post depreciation through T Code AFAB fro FY 2006 then close period through AJRW.
